DigiLocker is a key initiative under Digital India, the Government of India's flagship program aimed at transforming India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Targeted at the idea of paperless governance, DigiLocker is a platform for issuance and verification of documents & certificates in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents. My experience with this app has been extremely frustrating. It keeps showing “No record found” for every certificate, even though the certificates are valid. I have been trying for one week with no solution. I also tried raising queries through the help/support section, but it repeatedly shows “No network”, making it impossible to get assistance. I honestly don’t understand how the same issue can happen repeatedly. This app has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and frustra

The app many options to have digital documents. But we could use none. The database is one of the worst. I couldn't download any of my documents, even though the option is available. With digitisation the way forward, and making this app work in the frontline, this app is a failure. A better version with inter-linked database management is the need of the hour.

The one star is for linking of documents. Otherwise I would have gone for a zero star(although that option ain't available) . Very badly programmed!! Doesn't allow to upload documents on the app and when documents are uploaded via the browser, it doesn't get reflected in the app. What's the whole point of having the app if we have to go to the browser to show the documents!! Hopeless
