Ratings and reviews

I stopped using PhonePe Lite because my experience has been very disappointing. I lost ₹2,000 to a scammer through the wallet, and when I contacted my bank, they said they couldn't trace the transaction. More recently, I experienced another unexplained deduction. These incidents have made me lose trust in the service. I can't risk using a payment app that I don't find reliable, especially when larger amounts of money are involved.

The worst payment app on the playstore. This app is full of glitches. I tried to login to my account and it took me 30 minutes to do so. Then i decided to take out the money i kept in the Phonepe Wallet and leave the app forever but the verification is now glitched. Once the money is out i don't think i am coming back to this app again except in cases of emergency or when no other option left.

When comparing PhonePe with other payment apps, I find PhonePe to be the easiest and safest to use. In some other apps, I don't always receive notifications when money is credited, but PhonePe is very reliable in that regard. Once, an auto-payment was activated by mistake, but I was able to cancel it easily in PhonePe. In another app I use, I couldn't even find that option, and it took a lot of time.Because of PhonePe, I feel more relaxed and confident when it comes to handling my money.superb
