Ratings and reviews

PhonePe is one of the most convenient and reliable payment apps. The interface is simple and easy to use, and UPI payments are usually quick and smooth. I also like that I can recharge my phone, pay bills, scan QR codes, and manage different payments all in one place. Overall, it makes everyday digital payments much easier and more convenient. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worst app when it comes to customer support. My PhonePe account had multiple login attempts from another device, which is a serious security concern. I tried contacting customer support, but was stuck with an automated system—press 1, press 2—with no option to speak to a real agent. The call kept disconnecting without resolving the issue. In case of a scam or unauthorized access, users are essentially left helpless. PhonePe urgently needs proper human support for security emergencies.

You should add a new feature that allows users to view their updated balance after every credit or debit transaction. Currently, it is difficult to see when the balance was updated and what the balance was after each transaction. Showing the balance after every transaction would make it easier to track payments and manage the account.
