Yeah. It is really good application for any tour. It helps me to find any trains , buses , Planes for a nice trip. It has some great features which has made it owsome . Thank you for this application. 🙂 But it has some features which is not helpful for me like entertainment , games etc . I am requesting you to remove these features and add some new features instead of this features . Thank you. 😇🙂

I was booking a train ticket, I chose the UPI option for payment, and after the payment was made, the app got stuck on the payment screen for a long time. The app doesn't show any booking, neither successful nor failed, but the amount was deducted. I can't even contact customer service because apparently it's an AI, and since it doesn't show any booking, it can't lodge a complaint. Update: The amount was credited back to my bank account, but then today it happened again.
