Worst experience with MakeMyTrip. I booked a bus ticket through the app and reached the boarding point on time. However, I was informed that my booking was cancelled and I was not allowed to board the bus. This caused a lot of inconvenience, wasted my time, and disrupted my travel plans. I expected better coordination between MakeMyTrip and the bus operator. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend booking bus tickets through this platform.

Very disappointed with MakeMyTrip. I booked a flight and paid through Tabby, but MakeMyTrip canceled the booking, claiming they never received the payment. I was promised a refund within 2–3 days, yet it has been almost 2 weeks with no refund. The canceled booking has also disappeared from my account, making it impossible to track. Unacceptable service and poor customer support. Refund my money immediately.

worst app ever, will never use it for cab booking At first they showed some other prive with discount and later they charge you extra, it happens everytime. There should be pricing transparency, while ending the trip they say that you have to pay more than expected which is frustrating, will never use it and suggest to not use it. They charge you for extra kilometers which the cab has never travelled and due to less knowledge to the driver the driver takes you on the same road many times.
