Ratings and reviews

You ask for sharing feedback/rating hotel stays but don't provide and option to "skip" uploading pictures of the property. Everybody is not a wannabe influencer. I just wanted to mention what I liked/disliked about the hotel and submit my thoughts. As uploading pictures was the last step of my feedback form and I had already put efforts to reach there, I had to upload my road trip and get over it. Don't blame me if u see roads in a hotel review.

Don't ever book cabs from mmt. Those are not reliable. They say on their app that the booking is confirmed.. But they don't have any idea that the third party has cancelled the cab booking. I have to call them to know that my booking is cancelled. At the last minute I had to make alternate arrangements so that I can catch my flight. Furthermore they apologise for the cancellation of the cab which is not of any help. I cannot catch a flight with your kind apology.

Such a horrible experience you guys have given me, I was in a different city hundreds of kilometres away from my home and at the very last moment when I was expecting my bus details but I got a cancellation sms from mmt saying that the trip has been cancelled and the refund will take another 10 days to be credited. When trying to reach the customer care you guys have an absolutely amazing AI service which gives no information and keeps disconnecting the call.
