Very bad experience with MakeMyTrip. I booked a hotel and made the full payment, but shortly after the booking, the hotel informed me that the room was not available. The hotel has already approved the cancellation/refund, but I still haven’t received my refund. Customer support is extremely difficult to reach, and the app’s support option keeps showing errors. There is no proper response or clear update about when my money will be refunded. Really disappointed with the customer service.

I have a very bad experience with this app as we are not getting proper customer service from them to get my refund amount which is transferred from the airlines. customer service number is not reachable only automatic voice is available and that is not directing to the correct department. when I'm trying to contact through make my trip app booking is keep loading for hours.

This is an absolutely terrible platform. My ticket was cancelled in May 2026, and I have been calling them repeatedly ever since to get my refund. The call either doesn’t connect at all, and even when it does, they just ask me to wait another 48 hours. Their services are extremely poor, and their customer support is even worse.
