Ratings and reviews

One of the worst apps to use. First of all, as soon as you open the app, lots of ads will pop up. The app is not at all user-friendly. I booked a trip, and when I checked in, there was no trip shown. I tried to add the trip manually, but every time I tried, I got the message that the trip ID is already present in my trip. My suggestion to the make my trip team is please test the functionality well before launching the app.

You ask for sharing feedback/rating hotel stays but don't provide and option to "skip" uploading pictures of the property. Everybody is not a wannabe influencer. I just wanted to mention what I liked/disliked about the hotel and submit my thoughts. As uploading pictures was the last step of my feedback form and I had already put efforts to reach there, I had to upload my road trip and get over it. Don't blame me if u see roads in a hotel review.

If you're planning to book an outstation cab, I’d recommend staying away from this app. They mentioned that parking charges were included in the receipt, yet the driver still took extra money from me. The app also charged much more than expected, and when I tried to check the total kilometers, it started showing an error right before the trip ended. Even the customer support section showed an error. It’s really unprofessional,especially after calling me multiple times to convince me to book acab
