Ratings and reviews

You ask for sharing feedback/rating hotel stays but don't provide and option to "skip" uploading pictures of the property. Everybody is not a wannabe influencer. I just wanted to mention what I liked/disliked about the hotel and submit my thoughts. As uploading pictures was the last step of my feedback form and I had already put efforts to reach there, I had to upload my road trip and get over it. Don't blame me if u see roads in a hotel review.

My flight was cancelled by the airline & they sent me an email that We've refunded your payment. It was refunded to this app & the app show that they've also sent it to my account, but my account was temporarily blocked at that time. Due to which it wasn't processed. But now there's no more updates about my money. I want to communicate to mytrip app. is there's a call centre number. kindly share it here. Thanks !

Hotels listed don't give rooms to single person without luggage. Also, "Pay at Hotel" type option is described to be available on your app when I searched on internet, but when I started booking hotel , I can't find the option. Also best hotels who don't impose so many restrictions with perfect security for a person & journey are either not listed or are charging really very high price which is quite unreasonable for short term journeys. I got that manually at last, without ur app.
