MMT is nice app to plan your vacations and take some short trip . Deals they provide are quite good. One issue I have with app or the way it's designed is that this app keeps on increasing prices and showing less options if you search more on the app. Which is quite annoying because if a user is spending more time on app he will be looking for better deals not for getting same hotel for costlier price.
Lots of problems i have faced. Automatically my hotel room was cancelled. I have spoken to cc but no use. If i dnt get my refund on time iam going to depromote this app for sure. Just counting 72hours. Almost 5k has to be refunded. After seeing reviews of delay in refund i am feeling anxious and restless
Just fooling people. For flights, fare is increased when u reach payment gateway. Through referral offers, you get th customers for 200-600 ra referral discount out of which you cant use more thn max of 200 on any kind of booking xcept international hotels. They're getting customers by using existing customers and giving them nothing. Also they dont completely verfiy pics of hotels uploaded. Online looks like grand hyatt and really its a 2star hotel. Just want others to b aware. Yoy might get a good deal once or twice..not always.
PATHETIC. WORST travel app. No support. The app books ticket twice. It selects wrong booking and it gives 2 tickets for same PNR. This happened today and I had spent 6 hours solving issue and eventually ended up in paying 2000 extra due to rescheduled charges plus cancellation charges. Nobody had reached out to give me a solution or compensation after so many promises and hung up my calls when called. Better go for other apps.
Worst customer service ever. When it comes to refunding the amount for a booking of a hotel which went bankrupt, which is no fault of customer, tgeb MMT drags its feet to process a daman refund. Does it take 7 days to find out about the bankruptcy of hotel? Really disappointed with the customer service. MMT was supposed to be a reputable organisation. But this sort of attitude towards customer is highly deplorable! Update(Replying to MMT comment) :- I had already raised my issue on 15th june on your email id. Till now only email exchanges have happened. No reasonable action taken yet. Kindly go through the emails before commenting. And please take this issue to closure by taking swift action.
Very bad experience.... I booked a cab three days ago but no one contacted or messaged me about any cab. I can't even see any booking details on the app. I contacted the customer service and they put my call on hold for more than 15 mins, moreover nobody helped me a bit after sending couple of emails as well. Worst part is, I have been charged while booking the cab. And I have no idea where my money is.
