Kindly ask each member to fill their profile completely in order to get matches. don't let any incomplete profile to stay over the platform for more than a week. It will help the platform to offer some authenticity. I am paid member, and the only problem is after looking at incomplete details, I am not able to figure out whether I should talk to that person or not. I end up not accepting any request. It has been 6 months and nothing materialised so far. The chat is also buggy.

It's very bad, every day same profiles are shared, even being a paid customer. Every day same faces. It's like playing money for something that is free. Even if you skip the profiles (which should mean those profiles should not appear in the search again, because I skipped them), they anyway appear daily or very frequently. I don't know how pathetically this app or portal is programmed which can't resolve this simple issue. So I was delete my account...
