A friendly advice from my experience: don't order from here at night or if you are expecting guests. It already takes 90 mins, +an additional 30 mins just for delivery. Sometimes, it even shows the order as 'delivered' when you’ve received nothing. You then have to spend an hour dealing with customer care. They eventually process a refund, but they get to keep your money for 5-7 business days—adding to the inconvenience. On a positive note, it does teach you patience in difficult hungry times..

Very disappointing experience. The app shows an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes while placing the order, but the delivery takes more than 2 hours. This has happened twice in the same week in Wakad, Pune. Showing unrealistic delivery times is highly unprofessional and misleading. Avoid using this app there are other better options available.

The app used to be great, and I used to order every week. But since a month or so, the app is forcibly adding ₹939 worth of chicken to my cart and not letting me remove it. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but it's still showing the same amout of products in my cart after I log in with my mobile number. So I'm forced to order Licious meat from Blinkit, but the quality of Licious meat from that app is really bad. Request the Licious team to reach out and help me out here.
