Previously, the service was fine, but my last two deliveries have been very disappointing. I placed an Insta order and received it after two hours, even after making multiple calls to customer care. I also purchased a subscription, which has turned out to be a waste of money. I would rather use other platforms from now on. This will be my last order.

pathetic experience, they delivered the wrong item, simply said sorry and took it back. my item didn't get delivered and no compensation for mental torture. cheating customers like anything. if they really had the item they would have replaced right? and when I call customer care they simply say sorry and disconnect the call. so arrogant. as if I have made some big mistake.

Ordered at 7:20pm, it said arriving in 60 minutes. it's now 8:10 pm, and it says arriving in 40 minutes. Why are you basically just lying to your customers? If the demand is high can't you update the time displayed on the app? Probably never using this again, and recommending other alternatives to my friends and family.
