I rarely give negative review to any app. But these guys made me do it. My first experience with the app was so horrible. Items were missing from my order and and they kept lying that they will redeliver the order in 10 mins. From 11AM to 2 PM they kept lying. Finally after so many escalation missing items were delivered. Thanks to them, my entire Sunday went in following up with them and finally had food at 4PM.

Worst app that you could install. 1.Most of the time they don't deliver what you order. 2.Some times they deliver some other brand at their convenience and deduct money for their brand. 3.Delivery is mostly not on time. 4.Customer care is the worst no resolution most of the time and they close the tickets saying resolved. 5. If you forget to raise a complaint on the same day of not receiving a delivery they don't return the money. They keep it for themselves! 6. No option to close account.

It felt like scammed/cheated. I paid for an order from my bank account (not using any coupon or discount); the order somehow got canceled as they were not able to deliver it. Then, refunded the money to the fresh cash account and assigned an expiration date to it. The condition is, this refund amount has to be consumed within 3 days. What if I do not wish to order within 3 days? How can you "expire" my own money that to because you were not able to deliver? Is this even LEAGAL? Shame on you.
