Very Worst Experience with LoadShare App I worked on the LoadShare app today. I collected an order from the shop and went to the customer’s location, but the customer’s address could not be found. The customer’s phone number was also not available to me. I tried calling customer care many times, but I could not connect to anyone. Since there was no proper support, I had no option except to return the order to the store. The worst part is that when I opened the app this morning, I found that

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the way delivery orders are being assigned to riders.If a rider completes a long-distance delivery, the next one or two orders should be short-distance orders. However, the current system sometimes assigns another long-distance order immediately after a long-distance delivery. This is extremely tiring for riders and creates an unnecessary physical burden. Riders are spending significant time and energy completing these long-distance delivery.

One of the worst App, and cheating Delivery partners. Most of the times, the App blocked and asked to pay penalty RS. 500, showing wrong delivery , even after calling customer, and Delivered correctly. If we inform the support team, they won't care and disconnect the call, worst response and they cannot solve the issue. If we work or don't work, every day, RS. 3. will be deducted continuously from the payment. Horrible experience. Don't believe this App.
