Extremely disappointed. My order got stuck at the same hub twice and was never delivered. I cancelled the first order but was still charged a processing fee. After reordering, it is again stuck at the same location. Despite multiple follow-ups, customer care has provided no resolution. Also, my return pickup request raised on June 1 for a T-shirt and trouser is still pending, citing “product too heavy to pick up.” Please resolve this issue urgently. #FirstCry #CustomerServiceFail

I had a worst experience with FirstCry. I requested an exchange and the exchange request was approved. However, the pickup kept getting delayed and rescheduled multiple times. After waiting for several days, the exchange was automatically cancelled without any proper resolution. Customer support was not helpful, and the entire process was frustrating. I was left with a product that does not fit and no successful exchange. also The product quality is disappointing.

don't buy products I am very disappointed with FirstCry's customer service. The return/exchange process is extremely poor and my pickup has been delayed for many days. There is no proper customer support available to resolve issues. This has been a very frustrating experience. Please improve your service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
