I ordered 2 quantities of a product, but only 1 quantity was delivered. I have raised this issue multiple times, but the responses I received have been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Despite several follow-ups, my concern has still not been resolved. I have been a loyal FirstCry customer for nearly 9 years, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. Unfortunately, this has been very disappointing, and no longer feeling confident shopping with firstcry

Extremely disappointed. My product delivery was rescheduled multiple times, and after waiting over 15 days, the order was canceled and reordered. It was again assigned to the same XpressBees partner, and delays continue. Customer support only promises to "prioritize" the delivery and creates tickets, but no real action is taken. This is unacceptable for an essential product. Very poor delivery and customer service. The 'FirstCry' online shopping app is of extremely poor quality.

Worst shopping experience ever. The website is unreliable, and the customer support is extremely poor. My issue was not resolved even after multiple follow-ups, and the service was very disappointing. I expected much better support, but instead I faced delays and a lack of proper communication. I would not recommend this platform based on my experience.
