I use it to navigate large ships.....It's good for downloading charts and getting a position fix and keeping on track. The passage plan can be measured in nautical miles but everything else in kilometres, pointless! There be no live ETA or distance covered. Hence about as useful for passage planning as your accordian in a sea battle! From the Norskies I'd expect better. Don't expect to find instructions online nor any on YouTube that help....Figure it out for yourself like I had to do.

I tried to use the Navigate feature of the App. Occasionally I would lock my phone. When unlocking my phone, then bring the background running C-map on the screen, the App would loose track of where the boat location was. Looks like the App was not able to refresh the location and as such any other calculated paratameters like speed. I had to close the app and open it again to acquire the location correctly. Sending feedback from app fails too. Not happy with the way the app works now.

App do not show actual position after phone screen off and on. It needs restart! Tested on Pixel 8, iPhone 14 and iPad. It's hard to measure distance. It doesn't show heading between points on the map. Menu shown on quite big portion of the screen very often. Hard to use during sailing.
