Ratings and reviews

Good (when it works) Using as an alternative since Google Wallet / Pay doesn't work with custom firmware such as Lineage. It does the job most of the time, but on three occasions in the past couple of months, wireless payments have not worked in multiple shops, which left me having to dash home to get my bank card. This should be more stable and reliable.

Can't rely on paid Curve unfortunately. I'm overseas and suddenly my account got blocked. And guess what, it's been like that since 13 days and counting. Imagine how great it is to get denied payments everywhere you added your curve card. This is what you get for a PAID account! No customer service in case of full outage is unacceptable. The only thing that works is paying for the subscription. Edit: After waiting 2 weeks, unblocked, but on the same day it was blocked again 😭, 7 days ago. Crazy

Forget about support! After a week of a daily use in DK they locked the account for unknown reasons. No any notifications/clues on the account page in the app. I've contacted the support. After a standard reply that my case is going to be processed in 2-3 business day I have not heard from them anything. After 2 weeks I contacted them again multiple times with no result. Still no reply from them. In the first week it worked OK, but with some delay (5-10 sec). Once again: forget about support!
