This app is good for finding times and planning journeys, however, when you buy a ticket finding the actual ticket with the QR is an endless frustration. Surely the most obvious thing a customer wants after they have bought a ticket is to have it available right away. Instead, you spend up to 15mins messing on the phone looking for your ticket, hit and miss until somehow it appears, there's no clear path. They send you an email with a receipt but no ticket. Not userfriendly at all

the "imminent departure" being at 5-10 minutes is insane on smaller trains, causing you to NEVER be able to take the one closest to you and always needing to either wait for the next one or pay a fine. Users should be given a warning upon trying to purchase, but still let through instead of being led to the payment screen only to spit an error back.

Further to my previous posts, see below, this app now wants to know my age and those of my companions. This is crazy, I only want to buy a railway ticket! Time to close the account I think. Other issues: preferences no longer saved, itinerary for a journey doesn't show times of arrival or departure for each leg, slow to load and often crashes and the fact this used to be free, now we have to pay an Admin booking fee and in addition we get ads too.
