Our search function, the entire product categories and our scan function give you a quick and easy overview of the product range. Simply click through our range, search for specific brands or scan products, view previously purchased products, add them to your wish list or start shopping straight away.

In the “Coupons” section you will find an overview of the current special coupons. If you link your dm account with PAYBACK, in addition to the dm and glückskind (only in Germany) coupons, you will also find PAYBACK coupons - all in just one coupon center. This makes the process from coupon activation to redemption in the store or when ordering online as easy as possible.

Choose your favorite market, check product availability and use express pickup: *
You can use direct access to the store finder to search for dm stores near you. This gives you easy and quick access to service information from all dm stores. You can also remember your preferred dm store in the app and, in addition to the online availability, you can also see the inventory in the selected dm store on the product pages. Ratings and reviews

The app worked perfectly until recently. After coming to the store I found myself logged out. Since I couldn't remember my password I changed it and tried to log back in, which proved to be impossible because of the error CU909. I contacted customer support, and tried everything from reinstalling the app to waiting a few days to log in again, nothing worked. In the end I was told that I should try logging in on another phone. Good thing I have many of those lying around :(

After the latest update the app keeps unlogging me. I missed to scan it during two of my purchases recently as I had to input my credentials and log in again. I didn't want other people in the line behind me to wait. The app doesn't make make any sense if it behaves like this. I heard other people around me experience the same issue.

I am giving this rating because recently there are frequent updates and after every update I am logged out. It's very unpleasant to be in front of the cashier, people waiting in the queue and you realize you have to login in your account. Of course, if you remember your password at that moment... Overall I am happy with that app.
