Ratings and reviews

Extremely disappointed with Daraz. Their service was good in the beginning, but now it has become one of the worst. This is the second time I've faced a similar issue. I submitted a return request and even after raising 3 complaints, the item was never picked up. Every call ends with an apology and promises of a voucher for the delay, but I never received it. Weeks of follow-ups have led to no action or resolution. Very poor after-sales support and extremely frustrating experience.

The biggest bugy app. we can't use vouchers because it says updates the app. some times it says we can't use the vouchers because I reach the daily limit. but I didn't order any single order in this month. sometime payments are randomly freez. some times price are changing randomly. item page are loading takes long time. ( even I had fast internet connection and good device )

Quite user friendly. What I like the most is the really really elaborate and accurate tracking of the order. Every step is very transparent for us to see, and they even show a photo and name of the courier who will be finally bringing the product to you. Overall a really nice and easy app to use. The only reason for the 4 star is the fact that when I click on notifications I get from Daraz, the app doesn't open and it gets stuck and kind of crashes... hopefully it will be fixed.
