customer service is useless, you ask for ticket number, which I dont have, because I can not log into your app and can't contact support. Online "chat to us" don't work! your app throws error: your transaction quote has expired, please retry estimation operation

I'm very new to Wirex. It's early days, but from what I can see, it's as good as Coinbase or Kraken. Yeah, it's got all the right features. The setting up process was a bit of a pain in the backside, but other than that, it's all good. I will update this review in 3 months time.

Honestly, provably the single worst customer service offered by a single app. I've tried reaching out for 2 consecutive weeks, via email, via the app to no avail. For something extremely simple, I just need to change my phone number to be verified as I've moved countries, this should be an essential customer journey but yet they don't over this. I'm just baffled by their service. Wirex. Please let me change my phone number so I can log in.
