Ratings and reviews

It's my first time using the app but I am not pleased. It's easy to save money but to withdraw it takes 24 hours. My maturity date is actually not the day I get the money. You didn't run a check when I wanted to save but you are running a check when I want to withdraw? I wish that I had read the reviews more closely before using the app. PIGGYVEST is way better than this. Once I get my money, I will be deleting straight away.

The app/system looks promising however I have seen a terrible flaw with the app force closing and shutting down on its own whilst in usage sporadically, that in itself is a very worrisome flaw that has to be addressed fast, it would be pointless to save if you can't true the system to give you a smooth experience getting your funds back someday.

The app is good, but charges is relatively high. I don't think you should be charging when transferring from Stash to other plan, especially for emergency, since it's in-app transfer. I added money to my emergency plan through bank, they deduct charges, that's quite fine. But, it was credited to my stash (which is idle wallet), I decided to transfer it from stash to emergency plan, but they still deduct charges. I wish to see live chat support as some of the FAQ doesn't answer some questions.
