this is the worst loan app, imagine taking a loan of 30000 to repay 57000 instead of 39000 they showed me earlier. Worst is that customer care said she can't do anything I should pay it. I've paid 39000 that I'm supposed to repay that extra 18000 won't come from me.

Am giving you guys two stars because I have loan up to 30k in your app no issues and you guys are straight forward no scam but the problem I have is that your interest is too much how can I borrow 10k to pay back 16k it's too much please you guys should reduce it and customer service are not doing well in the aspect of talking to customer anyhow, no friendly conversation, please do well to reduce the interest rate

this app is pretty good but I have tried to upgrade to "TIER 2" But unfortunately my NIN have been accepted due to what I don't know from your system. please work on your system because my NIN is authentic.
