As a necessary service, it does its job fine. As a functional app, it's held together with strings and wishes. If you make the mistake of selecting your route, start and end points before your ticket type (single, double, 10 journey), then you'll have to go through re-selecting the route and your destination. In addition, it's unimaginably slow for any single action and while you're intended to only sign in once a week, there are times I've had to sign in two or three times a day.

Poor Search Engine! Couldn't even get to the stage of buying my ticket. It's the most inefficient ticket buying system I've seen for transport. You first need to select the bus operators which, thankfully, I knew. But when it came to finding the bus route, I scrolled up and down the menu several times and couldn't find the SD4 route. The bus just didn't exist. I wish you could buy a ticket based on your destination and your current location instead. it would save SO much time and effort.

A good idea, badly executed. For Bus Eireann, it is very difficult to choose the ticket to purchase unless you firstly know know the number of the route you want to travel on. Knowing the stop names isn't rely enough. And it doesn't list all available routes For example I could buy a ticket for popular 226 to/from Cork Airport, but the 225 did not appear in the list of routes - so I ended up paying cash to the driver. By now the buses should take contactless cards like the rest of the world.
