OMG! I'm wasting so much time waiting to log in. It keeps loading, and after a few minutes, it just goes back to the login page without even logging me into my account. It's supposed to be convenient for users, but it's too stressful to keep waiting and waiting, only to be sent back to the login page and have to retry, with no success. It's so frustrating! And it cannot capture your updated details like the mobile number, you have to visit the branch just to update a contact number.

It's really disappointing trying to access my Pag-IBIG account. Every time I try to reset my password, it always gives an error even if the password I enter meets all the requirements. I’ve used uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters still no luck. It keeps saying it doesn’t match the criteria, even when it clearly does. It's frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I urgently need to access my account. This kind of system issue needs to be fixed.

The app itself is user friendly and easy to navigate. Retyping the username and password every time one wish to log in is kinda inconvenient. On the other hand, it helps secure data privacy. But i still hope that this concern will be taken into consideration for the next app updates. Also, it would be nice if benefits of having a loyalty card be included in the app especially the list of partners and the discounts we can avail by presenting our loyalty cards. Looking forward to it. Thank you.
