I wanted to like this app as there's only a few that I know that you can use & convert your crypto to PHP quickly/directly. However, as suspected, when the market is high, the app suddenly goes "under maintenance" so you can't buy & sell which defeats it's purpose. The issue was "fixed" after the prices when down so instead of gaining a profit, I had a loss instead. Useless app. Edit: Lol. This "maintenance" happened way after 6pm and the market is peaking. Coincidence? I don't think so.

There are a lot of apps for trading crypto but the reason I use pdax is because it's convenient for me to add money through local wallets and it is in peso so it's easier for me to compare prices. The problem is at around 4-6pm every day, it's unaccessible. As I write this, both mobile and web app are down. I believe you're working on the issues, hence the maintenance. But does it have to be daily or the whole site? People are losing time and money. You don't wanna lose your customers.

it's almost a month after i deposited my coins in this app and still it's "verifying" the value of my coins is always getting lower and lower and i don't know what is the reason of the FREAKING delay. I can't cash out my coins, how will i move my money, when your verification is taking a very looooooooooooooong time.......
