GoTyme Bank has one of the most beautiful and convenient banking apps I’ve used. ✨️🩵 Everything feels smooth, digital, and easy to access — from transfers, bills payment, rewards tracking, to Deposit and Withdraw features. I also love the “Phygital” banking model, combining digital convenience with physical kiosks, partner stores, and ATMs and DEWIs. The Go Rewards integration is also a huge plus with booster points, exclusive deals, and seasonal promos. Overall, it is the bank I need. 🩵

Very disappointed. The kiosk machine malfunctioned and jammed my card, staff even confirmed this and assisted me. After retrieval, the card was unusable and didn’t reflect in my app. Despite this, I was asked to pay a ₱200 replacement fee. Customer service also said the transaction was “cancelled,” even though I never cancelled it. This was clearly a system error, not mine. I shouldn’t have to pay for something beyond my control.
