I love GoTyme when I use shopping, food and beverage establishments. I get rewards every time I use it. I love the Goal Save option where you can save your money. Just add: I like that they embedded the Go Rewards system in a debit card. Go Rewards can converted into cash (not physical cash) but alternative payment, if you want to buy something. Just make sure points can cover the cost/price of a product. ❤️❤️ Plus: I got my FIFA World Cup Limited Edition Debit Card I'm fortunate haha😆💙

GoTyme is very friendly because it has a lot of features such as Load, Transfer (Cash-in & Cash-out) to any E-wallet and Bank accounts, allows you to have a card, track on your recent transactions, benefits when it comes to transferring money such as 20 free transfers—no fees needed to be paid, options to pay your bills, and so much more. Also, it is very light and handy to use, it won't give you errors that are out of nowhere especially UNREASONABLE errors. This app is lovely! 🩵✨

Extremely frustrating experience. My account has been under review for a almost a week, and customer support keeps sending the same generic response instead of resolving the issue. I thought it will fix in just 2 working days but still no update. I've already submitted the needed documents to the customer service email and reach the BSP to complain l, but there is still no progress. Poor communication and slow verification process.
