Just opened an account. The app looks pretty. Easy to navigate. Pero in which part of the app can I see the actual Interest Rate ng savings? I can see Total Savings and Interest Earned but cant see the Interest Rate itself. It would be nice and right if that basic info would be visible to your customers. Explored the app and also checked Settings - not there. Let me know if I just missed it. Also doesnt have the option to Hide/Unhide the amount held in the acct.

My account is still locked for review even after I submitted all the required documents (valid ID, selfie, and payslips). It has been a long time since I completed the submission, but until now there is no update and I still can’t access my account. I already emailed support but haven’t received a clear resolution. This is very inconvenient, especially since I have transactions waiting.

The customer service was USELESS. I tried to deposit my check to gotyme and it didn't proceed because of their 'technical issue', I've been complaining for almost 2 weeks and yet, nothing happened. They just told me to always wait 2-5 banking days and almost 2 weeks still nothing. always issuing a ticket but when you ask them to check my transactions about it, they will say that the ticket from the first agent was already closed, but my concern was ongoing. they just make you wait for nothing.
