Well, the making of the card is very easy, but opening this app is very difficult. I have the same issue as one of the users here that he also can not open the app stating (not secure data may be at risk). I have also checked that my phone is compatible. Im very disappointed because i am really excited about using the card for my savings.

My account was put on hold for a very long time. Their customer service support will tell you the same exact thing all over again without any progress with the issue without any proper expectation on how long and if its gonna be fix or not . Do not put money on this bank. They will never lift your account even if you provided them the needed informations.

Rated only 2 stars for the reason that I cannot open the App on my Nokia phone (unsafe environment), but when you check on the Google Playstore it says that my phone is compatible with the app. I had already reported it to your customer service (email, chat, and phone call) but never got any actual help regarding this matter. Now I have to use someone else's mobile phone, which is much unsafer just to check on my account. Aside from this, I really enjoyed using my Gotyme esp. on trips abroad
