I tried the pro version (7-day free trial) to decide if I would really purchase the app or not. I tried to edit an activity. I want to add photos and videos of my route. But every time I add pictures, the app slows down and lags. It took me 3 hours to finish the under 4minute long video. So because of that, I decided not to purchase the app.

They charged me for an entire year of subscription when I didn't really want to subscribe! It gave the option for a 14-day free trial but it has automatically taken my money! I sent them an email for several times but they said it's non-refundable. Where is the 14 days cancellation policy? This app is so misleading! Trash app and customer service!

I used RELIVE years ago when it had a solid free version, including photo uploads (up to around 10 images). That made the app enjoyable and practical. After recent updates, the free version is basically gone—photo uploads now require a Plus subscription. While the app looks great, the price feels too expensive for occasional users. I hope limited free features return.
