Now Happy. Works well for me. Links very well with Garmin 810. I have only rated it at 3.5 as the app seems to have a few issues uploading my recorded rides. The app says "syncing 1 item" continually although if you check the site through a browser it shows the recorded ride. Furthermore the free version does not allow me to manually enter my heart rate avg and max yet other similar apps do.
Good app but... All in all a good app as companion to the website, but development is slow (took them 3 years to add ANT+ support!), with other limited use features being added while the overall app experience is slow and can be buggy at times.
Inaccurate timing due to moving time vs total time Strava doesn't accurately record time for a run. It only seems to record moving time, thus giving you the appearance of being a lot faster. Great if you want too look good, but not if you want accurate stats. Not sure why it would even be set up like that.
Data Geek I love my strava app. I am a data geek through and through and strava scratches my itch. I have been a premium member for 3 years and it's worth every penny. Strava can make even the most mundane and repetitive ride more fun with targeting PR'S on segments.
I don't know what is going on, but having trouble download it with Zwift. Not all the time but seems to happen every other week at least one or twice.
I love sharing my rides and creating a story to go with them! Picture sharing is particularly great! Its like a diary of all the places I've been. Great update BTW! The app finally feels like it's made for android!
