After fully paying off my current installment, I will never be using this app again. I was very consistent with paying on time, advance even, with my biweekly payments and the one time I couldn't (because I lost my job), they aren't willing to give any consideration for a delayed payment without penalties. You only collect money for payments and insanely overpriced charge fees, but you don't even bat an eye and think about giving consideration to your customers when unforeseen situations happen.

Company was great in approving the credit. But if you need someone to talk to regarding making payments ang clarifying the dues, you cannot reach anyone. You posted on the app to reach you through email but you never get back to us. You are great in terms of reminding as to pay. But when we needed help and clarification we cannot get a hold of anyone. I am not a perfect person, I missed on a payment which why I asked for a clarification but no one can explain it to me even customer service. 😞

UPDATE: I am getting frustrated with Billease and their customer support. It's been 2days! And I still dont receive my loan. Their customer service is reaaaaalllyyyy slow. Thru chat and email! None of their mobile numbers are working. Their app is great and been using it for almost a yr. However when trying to reach out to them in regards of my account, no one is available and their mobile numbers are unreachable. So disappointing
