Your team is impressively fast when it comes to sending reminders about due dates via calls or emails. However, when it's us, the customers—trying to reach out for example, availing a certain feature like payment holidays, it becomes frustratingly difficult to connect with a live agent by phone or to receive timely responses via email. In the end, we were not able to avail the said offer.

I can't view my loan even when I click the "Loan" tab on the dashboard—it just says "No active loans yet." I wanted to see the timeline of my loan, like how many months I still need to pay. The old app was much more convenient to use, as it showed more offers and the timeline of your payments. You could've just updated the old app. Even the "Transaction" tab is empty.

there are hidden fees. DYOR, or else you're gonna pay extra for the monthly fees and package, which are not discussed during payment at the store. this is how they get you. hard online payments also. after paying online with bank, bank has the receipt of payment, yet it's not reflected in the app. either you restart the app or your phone, and if it doesn't work, wait for a day for it to reflect. so pay in mind if today is your due date.
