I installed the app to participate in the global voting for boys II planet and it was so frustrating to use. it would take me almost 30 mins just to finish voting because the loading would take forever. it was fine during the first week but now I can't even vote. the loading just won't stop. i've installed and deleted the app a few times hoping it'll fix itself. tsk.

Keeps crashing when saving pictures from artist post. Keeps stuttering and freezing. VODs won't even play at all. Links of lives doesn't even work. What's the point? This app tried to be everything but failed in all of it. If you guys really want this to rival other similar apps/sites, at least make the most basic functions Kpop fans need to actually work and not cause the app to crash. It doesn't even have a proper desktop website. Needs SOOO MANY improvements, both the app and the website.

This is a review out of frustration. If I'm not a fan of kpop, I definitely UNINSTALL this app right away. It's logging all the time I want to get mpple points or VOTE even though my internet is fine. Im super annoyed, really annoyed cause how the 'F' can I support my bias when it goes like this?😭 and don't tell me to update, I already did I even tried to uninstall and install again. I hate you, bye!
