Dear Daraz Management, I am writing to express my severe frustration regarding your misleading services. First, you show an available credit of Rs. 3,000 under 'Daraz PayLater', but when a customer actually tries to check out a product, the option disappears or becomes completely useless. It is a sheer waste of time and highly unprofessional. If a credit limit is shown, you must clearly list which items or categories are eligible for it beforehand, instead of wasting customers' time at checkout.

The delivery person says that delivery is free, but then charges money later. Both Daraz and this seller are terrible. I would not recommend ordering anything from them. If you order something and it turns out to be wrong or defective, and you try to return it, Daraz cancels the return because they have a partnership with the seller. They do this to avoid losing money. From my side, Daraz and this seller get a 0-star rating.

Very disappointing experience. Daraz promised delivery in 7–14 days, but kept changing the delivery date after I placed the order without any explanation or compensation. I ordered two items from the same store, but only one was delivered, showing poor order checking. The refund process is also very slow and takes too long. Daraz should improve delivery accuracy, verify orders before shipping, and process refunds much faster. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Daraz.
