I’ve had a terrible experience with the Daraz app. For the past two months, I’ve been trying to order a specific product, but every time my order gets cancelled without any reason or notification. I haven't received any calls or explanations for these cancellations. I tried reaching out to customer service, but my issue remains unresolved. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and has severely impacted my trust in this platform. Very disappointing. 😞

I have been using the app for some time now. The products range & pricing is good. But the issue i have recently encountered is that there's no customer support. Earlier, an email to customer support got the job done. But now the only option is their chatbot, which is useless. I haven't received my order on the communicated date, & the chatbot is still giving the same response. I can't cancel the order as it has apparently been shipped. No idea of status or expected delivery date. Disappointed.
