Ratings and reviews

All good until you run into a problem. I had issues with two reservations. Both times, customer support did nothing to help me, despite me opening cases and sending countless messages. I lost money in both situations. I've been a loyal customer for many years, spent many thousands of euros, but no more. I already used alternative services for my upcoming trips.

Everything is good if you don't have to actually use their services and only use it as a search engine. If something goes wrong with your booking, they might fix the problem in the end...but after lots of phone calls, anxiety, paper work - and the solution may still be highly inconvenient. I had to be relocated because of random last minute cancellation from the owner. I am still waiting to get a refund for the difference, but I might lose it anyway because of the expiration date.

It is a good app until a problem comes up. Customer support is a joke. CS local numbers do not work. Sending messages is useless. If you call them, they will say they'll call you back and will never call. A hotel shared my data with another hotel without consulting or informing me. The second hotel messaged me through WhatsApp out of the blue as if I had a reservation with them. They never used the messaging function of the booking app. I reported it to the app, and nothing was done about it.
