Avoid Wolt if you can. Delivery service is extremely unreliable-orders are often 20–50 mins late, or cancelled at the very last minute with excuses like “the driver’s car broke down.” By then, it’s too late to order elsewhere. Customer support is disappointing. They offer a few credits but completely fail to understand the inconvenience and seriousness of leaving customers without food. Very poor service and even worse customer support. Use other delivery apps. Happened to me twice now.

Impossible to cancel an order despite it is due to unreasonable amount of time for the delivery to be completed. It seems that 1h, 1½h and 2 hours are not reason enough to allow you proceed with the cancellation. Support is not helpful at all, basically tell you that they can do nothing, and yes that is exactly what they do. Nothing. Is really frustrating considering the service is expensive, and that this is happening more often.

They need to let you cancel an order or some compensation if the order takes unreasonably longer than advertised. I've had situations where after my order was accepted with a 30mins wait time, then it took the restaurant more than an hour to purely to make the order. I had no option to cancel since the restaurant already accepted and I could do nothing but keep waiting. Support was no help since they took more than an hour to get back. If it wasn't the convenience, I would not use this.
