SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Great exercise options to keep me going for ages! Love that I can get in my strength, mobility, and flexibility all in one app! Its improved a lot since it first came out. 4 instead of 5 as the updated food section, although full of recipes, no longer has as many plant based options. An allergens filter would also be helpful to sort through everything better.

For people familiar with gym routines, the exercise names are told to and you're expected to know and follow. Sometimes they are animations, sometimes 45 second videos of an instructor doing the specific exercise which I feel have been looped. There are a few videos, but again they assume u know the exercises. Overall, it is useful, but it doesn't motivate me when I waste time figuring out how to do the exercise.

Great exercise program, easy to use and worths any penny. Edit as of 28/10/19. First time it happens: the app did not work today and I received an email 5 minutes after writing to the support. Thank you, Pat. It's great to see such a kind and efficient customer service Update April 2024: The app has more and more technical issues that prevent me from doing the exercises Update Sept. 2024: too many tech issues, looking for other app after 5 years using it
