Hate that this has to be done on your phone with no option of downloading to laptop or tablet. It's MUCH more difficult to do these activities on a small phone screen!! Also, If you have to pause a video and then your screen times out, you have to start from the beginning of the video each time!! Not very convenient for sales people that are constantly having to pause to help customers.

A notification popped up that the app needed an update to a newer version. I completed the update and it continues to give me that message. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it still tells me I have an older version and won't let me sign in.

Probably the worst car sales training I've ever used in the industry. Doesn't work half the time, doesn't count completed courses correctly, and frankly just has bad formatting and doesn't look good. The only upside I can say is that the customer service support for the app is very good but it doesn't overcome a bad product. Hopefully Hyundai realizes this is a poor choice and moves on to something better.
