Ratings and reviews

Supporting scams and fake rating. When I offered to buy a product at the full price stated, i.e. NO reduction in price at all and just blank purchase, the user suddenly started proposing a higher price or that I "pick up the article" (although I pay for the delivery). It offers NO way for me to properly rate that user (as you can only rate if the "sell" (scam) succeeds). Willhaben, I want to love your platform, but this cannot be handled any worse! Edit: I DID report the convo & you found all OK

Feature request: "My areas". lets say I live in Vienna 1st district and sometimes I visit relatives in Graz, an occasion that allows me to stop and pick up things along the way. I want to save at least two area profiles for my searches. one for "Vienna districts 1, 2,...9" and one for "Vienna, southern parts of lower austria, Graz"... then, when searching for something, I want to select area1 or area2, rather than having to set the filters every.single.search.

Got blocked for "inactivity"—ridiculous. Support is a nightmare: dozens of useless dropdowns, only in German, had to use Google Translate for every page. Took 2 days to respond. Now I’m unblocked but can’t even log in—just infinite loading. Absolute trash UX.
