Really disappointed that you have to pay for most of the content in the app. I would not call this app "free", but I would say there is " free content". The concept is great and I can't wait to try out what I can. *Not everyone who needs help can afford to pay anything. And constantly falling through the cracks to get the help needed can add to all of the issues your app is supposed to help with.*

Even with the free version of the app I've felt loads better. The app uses cognitive behavior therapy techniques, gratitude lists, and goals as a way to help manage depression and anxiety. I'm tempted to get the premium version for $99 a year as well as a therapist you can live chat with twice a week for $29.99 a week. The price is the only thing holding me back from getting these services. I would however recommend the free version to anyone who just needs to process things.

Good at some things and not at others. I enjoy the guided meditation and relaxation techniques, but trying to have any sort of "conversation" is out of the question. Anyone who feels depressed might have that feeling exacerbated if they feel like the person listening to them is not listening because their responses make no sense. All in all, I will continue to use from time to time for anxiety management, but I feel that this app is most helpful to me because I have previously had therapy.
