 Garbage app, failure to load and operates as if it is running in a web browser anyway. What's the difference between just logging in through a bookmark on your browser? Constantly finding myself having to sit at my computer to log in and manage my claims. Oct 31 2025. Came here to post a scathing review after wrestling with this garbage app, only to see I have already done so last year. Sad to see nothing has changed and in fact gotten worse. Kaizen is definitely not in its culture

I am very disappointed in the user interface and slow performance app. I am not able to see my past claim history not tracking the current claim. very difficult to find what my coverage is pending for any type of coverage. Should be better features and user interface as well as overall performance of the app should need improvement.

The worst possible provider and equally the app they have. Always have to do work for them, compared to other providers that are actually work in this century. The app is cumbersome and always have issues. I am forced by work place to use this despicable provider. There must be corruption that gives them the power to exist while being the worst and the most hated provider. Not a single positive experience since using them. Every interaction brings frustration, wasted time and disgust.
