Ratings and reviews

For months now the app doesn't load at all, and no I don't need an update. Edited to add: more than a month later and it still won't open! At this point I'm going to need to open an account at a different bank just so I can deposit cheques online and send email transfers! so frustrating.

Decent when it works. Haven't been able to use the app in a while. I keep getting an error "The system is unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again. [HNO_RESPONSE_ERROR]. I have tried reinstalling the app and was able to log in once before this came back.

Never know if it will even open. Which is extremely frustrating that I cannot get into my own banking on an online bank. It'll either just say something went wrong or start telling me my password has changed, which is absolutely not true. Very "convenient" when you need to send an e-transfer and have to explain to people that my app doesn't open. Then every day it asks for a verification code. Why? Every other app out there has figured out a way to remember device. Not this one
