The worst application for purchasing through it, they do not care if the consumer receives the product. For 4 months, I have been communicating with customer service, which has no experience in managing the problem and is biased in favor of the store without any benefit. Finally, the product installment is withdrawn,and the dispute is ended, and I have not yet received the product under the pretext that they are only a third party. I do not advise anyone to deal with them. TABBY IS more reliable

Been using Tamara for a while now, but sadly their support is the worst. They accepted payment from me based on a store purchase that was cancelled and never accepted. When I contacted them a YEAR AGO! They said they'll fix the issue, but they never did and the payment is still there, which is affecting my credit store. I would gladly pay it and probably will end up doing, but it's money that they'll be stealing. Never again...

I installed this application and found the interface looks good, but it is not user-friendly. Unlike similar apps like Tabby, it doesn't provide a tutorial after sign-up. Additionally, customer support is slow.
