I exceeded the onboarding limit in the old app, and I quickly downloaded this latest update, hoping to see an improved onboarding process. Sad to say that the updated app carried over the same error message of "onboarding limit exceeded" Since the developer and customer service can't reset this error message without undue stress, I have given up on the app. I can't improve my rating as I have no chance to assess the app.

This is the worst app ever. I travelled abroad relying on this app to initiate transactions instead of the hard token I have been using, which never failed. The software, each time I try to initiate and copy and paste a generated token number, it either says invalid or I should try again later. Unfortunately, I don't have a hard token anymore. I don't know what to do. This was a total mistake. No one should ever rely on this. Otherwise, it will mess you up like us doing to me right now.😔

Horrible is the only word to describe this new app. GTBank has gone down the drain. How can a bank cut off the vast number of their customer with a faulty app for the past month, and they are not doing anything at all to resolve it? My account has been restricted, and I can not do transfers because I used codes that I generated from this Horrible GT etoken app. An app that was developed by the same bank!!! Horrible customer service, too.
