Finally I got rid of a very pathetic user experince. It was my first time using this app and most probably the last time as well. The support system is very substandard and I won't recommend it to others. Even though I provided all the legel documents still I was asked some cheap documents like to provide your bank statement blah blah blah.

It's been a week now! The only explanation I had was due to a technical issue, my payment couldn't be made. I asked for a refund, but no matter how many messages I wrote to customer service or how many times I tried to call the line, nobody replied! You're a fintech company. If you have technical problems with the transfer, then you can't even do the refund? That's my money, not yours! Can someone contact me and refund my money?!!!!!!!

The rate is low. An ACE official said they would give me a special rate for the current transaction as compensation for all my previous transactions, but they never did.
