If I could give it negative stars I would! This all is absolutely horrible! It stole my money, and there isn't a way to contact support for it. I downloaded the app and added $10 (which cost over $15 to do thanks to fees) and it has never registered the payment! There is no way to contact support or view anything but the messages and reload functions in the app. What a horrible app, and experience. Way to get someone's hopes up for communication with loved ones only to be met with this!

This is the worst app I've ever seen I can't even setup my account bei5 says password doesnt match but I know it does then on my other account I can't get to the text app to text or communicate They really need to do something about this

way below basic and pointless. only think it's good for is to message someone you have already been messaging can't start new conv. they can't even do math right tells you $10 but then says it's going to be 13.99 but doesn't explain why but charges you 15.99. all for $10 worth of credits. can't use app to add anyone, start a conversation, contact support nothing. at .15¢ a message you think the app would be more up to date and use full.
