Ratings and reviews

This app works well if you wanna buy tickets or add any additional services. But it doesnt work if you want to add your trip to my booking. Once I retrieve the booking information using PNR , it's give error while adding to my booking. As a result every time I need to retrieve only.

What a bad company.. They simply cancelled my flight which was booked two months in advance and now I have to search for a flight and should pay premium charges because less time is available and that too on holiday season.. Very bad customer care.. Junk service. Should never use this flight..

I had a terrible experience with Akasa Airways. I booked a flight from Bangalore to Guwahati for 5:10 PM, but a day before travel, I found out the time was changed to 9:40 AM without any notice. This completely disrupted our plans, and customer service only offered a refund, which didn’t help since last-minute prices had increased by 40%. Worst part: the app still showed the 5:10 PM flight as available. Be cautious—this airline is unreliable and doesn’t communicate properly.
