Ratings and reviews

It's a all-or-nothing scheduling app. There are no partial days or 1-2 hours windows for appointments. You can't successfully communicate availability. I call it unsofisticated per tech, which is surprising. Either you request an entire day with a note expecting someone on the other end to peruse it and take your chances or write reviews. I'm optimistic.

Not the best app I've ever used since the last update we lost the 3 dots in the upper right corner where you could sign out of the app,on many occasions I need to exit the app reload it to get to the employee sign in page, not to mention that our wifi signal strength stinks sometimes your lucky if you have 2 bars,if we plan on opening as many stores as they say by 2028 we should put some money into IT and the technical support side instead of giving D.M.'s a fancy BMW the day they get hired.

Probably the most useless app you could have for a work environment. Doesn't work half of the time and constantly gives you connection errors. Also good luck checking your schedule because even if you can get the app to function, you'll NEVER get it to load your schedule. If only Aldi would dedicate the same time and money to their apps as they do giving their DMs new cars, it MIGHT be a functional app.
