The app keeps freezing and crashing every time I try to open it after logging in, no matter which login method I use. Strangely, it only works when I’m not logged in. This completely defeats the purpose of having an membership in the first place. From the comments, it’s clear this issue has been happening for months without a proper solution. Unprofessional, and the lack of effective customer support makes the experience even worse. unacceptable for any service claiming to be reliable

Dear dev team, can we fix the login so users can actually use the app please? When using biometrics to login (default option), it gives me the following error: "Invalid argument(s): decoding error" when I try to use the National ID and phone number to login, I'm navigated to the OTP page but no text is received. Phone: Samsung S25 Ultra Model name: SM-S938B/DS One UI 8.0 Android Version 16

it works, but its full of bugs. I tried to get a policy for a new car and it was very unintuitive but I managed to stumble through.
