With the cards I have in unable to make a purchase. Thier reason: We are unable to process any of your purchase at the moment. You may try again after 90 days. There could be multiple reasons that may result in a failed transaction which include but are not limited to merchant category, item type, payment history. Their CSO are bad in replying and not solving the issue. Glad I wasn't the only one! Goodbye stupid app. It was good! Don't bother downloading it

Been with Atome for a number of years. used their service without issues and suddenly I get a notice that there's a change in payment plan for my account. for eg a $250 item split into 3 months with the first month installment is at $210 and subsequent months at $20. whats the point of using this service if you pay 95% or more in the first instalment ? was good but now it's basically redundant/pointless. guess its time to switch company with BNPL

The concept is good to allow for instalment payment however with the recent update of the app some pages can't be loaded, it kept prompting to reload and even for redemption of points can't be loaded. Please check before you have any update of the app. And the customer service is really lacking for Atome else I would have given a 5 star
