It works and I've not encountered issues using the app but it could be better. Biggest complaint is there are NO WIDGETS. One a is setup, vast majority of the time I am only opening the app to (un)lock a door. I should be able to add a home screen widget to so this. How can this be a feature in iOS but not on Android which has supported widgets far longer? One setup gripe is if you are doing something that takes a minute, you can't leave the app else you'll lose your progress.

Yale connect bridge is the largest problem here. The range is nonexistent, I had it a few feet from the router and it can't connect. Bluetooth range is no better. The lock itself connects with Bluetooth so slowly I just use the keypad. Don't buy Yale or August since they share the same technology. If a module goes bad, the lock can't be removed from the app. This is because the app needs to connect with the module that no connects to the app.

If you have multiple locks, owners can be listed once in the list of people who have access (select an owner and it shows the locks they have access to). This is great! However, others must be listed separately for each lock they have access to. You have to select each one to see which lock they have access to. If you have multiple locks and give access to many people, it becomes hard to manage. I love the locks (I would like to see a fingerprint version of the lever model). The app needs work
