Great idea, love the reward system and special offers. The app is buggy though, and not as easy to use as it should be. Using the "back" gesture, just closes the whole store, rather than going back to a previous page, and setting a favorite store doesn't actually make it any easier to get back to it again. Favoriting seems completely pointless. It's been years, and I'm disappointed that it's still not fixed, or easier to use. It works, but could absolutely be better.

1. Phone back button will take you back further than you would like and cancel all the information you have already inputted, such as your address 2. Some items like the bucket of nuggets show as costing $0 - when added to cart and trying to checkout it just gives a vague error. The item shouldn't be listed. 3. I was unable to apply a reward for a free pretzel - it just gave a generic error. I accidentally submitted the order, which they were not able to refund me the cost of the pretzel.

This is horrible. I'm not sure if it's just the app, the store, or just how the company is run but I have never been more stressed out simply trying to redeem a reward. Not a frequent customer but I saw we had a reward so we decided to get a treat. Because the store is a combo with Jamba Juice, they can't scan the reward. So you have to use it through a mobile order. Except, you've already redeemed it for in person. Oh, and it has a 9 minute timer on it. So no chance of going to another store.
