It is a pile of shite. Couldn't even register as the email verification code never arrived. The phone code arrived but when I tried to activate the software I couldn't as for the software the phone number wasn't valid (regardless the fact I just got the verification code to that "invalid" phone number. How can I trust a software where the programmers are incompetent?

I have been unable to download the MaxiAP2500E software, thus making it unable to bind to my Samsung device. It says that it is not available in my country (Jamaica) and that it is not compatible with my Android device. Do I need to return the device or is there a fix/workaround for this?

Still pile of dookey.... The registration in the app store is seriously flawed. Will not allow proper email protocol, will not accept verification protocol. It's almost like a kid from grade school Wrote the software.
