I have a sort of love and not feeling about this app. Most of the time (90%) the app works fine and I have zero complaints. Easily connection and it works great. I really like the EQ feature which effectively allows you to customize the sound to you personal liking. Sometimes the app is a little finicky and doesn't remember the most recent EQ setting and defaults to the bass heavy default setting. I'm listening to Beolit 20, my first B&O experience and I'm a huge fan of the sound quality.

just a highly overpriced earbud. the only thing I can say is the quality of the sound is good. but my cheap, old, beat up PLT is more reliable and has better features. these cut in and out constantly. 1 tap is a 50/50 chance it turns on again or it skips a song. there's a huge delay in connection when using it to answer the phone. wind guard doesn't work. no volume up and down when using one earbud. I wish I hadn't lost my original jawbone. no apps required.

Well done B&O another example proving that you need no intelligence to take a leading position at a large firm like yours. Whoever green lit this needs to be fired. Buds connect to the app but sound won't play. Attempting to connect to Bluetooth again, it tells me that "this device needs an app". I am aware and the device was found by the app, but nothings working. Choosing Spotify in the app sends me out of the app to Spotify where the sound still does not work. Just disappointing.
