Simply pair your boAt audio device with your smartphone, and it will automatically show up in the ‘My Devices’ section of the app, if compatible. You can also manage multiple boAt audio products from a single dashboard.

Once connected, you can check out the advanced features listed below for select models-
boAt Smart Talk: Use your voice to answer or reject incoming calls and get caller ID announcements to screen incoming calls without looking at your phone.

boAt SpeakThru Mode: Automatically reduces the in-ear audio volume when you speak into the microphone.

boAt Adaptive EQ by Mimi: Create a personal audio profile and fine-tune the audio to your hearing for heightened listening comfort.

Accessibility Permission:
The accessibility function is used to complete actions for you in instances where you cannot access the app, for example, while driving or working out. In such cases, our Smart Talk feature comes in handy by making use of the Accessibility settings on your device. Using voice commands, such as ‘Accept’ and ‘Reject’, you can answer or deny an incoming call respectively. Smart Talk also announces the caller’s name to help you decide whether to accept or reject the call without looking at your phone to determine the caller. Please note that your voice commands are neither recorded in our servers nor shared with any 3rd party.

Can't get past the login stage. Bought my airdopes when I was in India, now I have returned to the UK where I live and I can't get past the first stage of entering my phone number. Every country is listed except the United Kingdom. Why??? Is this a glitch in the app?; it has done this when I installed the app from India and from UK. Edit 09/09/25: Changed 1 to 3 stars. Updated the app and UK finally shows. Disappointed you didn't respond to my email and didn't mention adding UK in update notes

The diagnostics in the app is good for nothing. i have an issue with my left speaker as I cannot hear the left speaker. The diagnostics send sound and don't record that the left side is not working. the video in the app doesn't play to resolve/troubleshoot the issue. The product as well as the software is bad. That's why indian brands don't work well.

In my BoAt Airdopes Ultra Plus,I got a problem while listening to it,Its sound fluctuates for few seconds in about 10-15 min gap time even when full charged and paired and this can't go even after reset,I asked this problem in gpt there told me that "a firmware update can solve this on Boat hearables app" but when I go in this app there is no update option for firmware, software,So kindly add this for my BoAt Airdopes Ultra Plus if possible and if not then *Give me a solution*
