The Instacart Shopper Rewards Card is now available!

Powered by Branch, the Shopper Rewards Card¹ is a business debit Mastercard and account² that is designed exclusively for shoppers on the Instacart Shopper platform. The card was created to help shoppers unlock greater savings and support them in reaching their goals. The Shopper Rewards Card can be used anywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.

Get free auto-payouts after every batch: Receive auto-payouts of your earnings to your Instacart Shopper Rewards account so that you can get paid quickly after every batch—at no cost to you.³

Get up to 4% cash back on gas as a Diamond Cart shopper: When you pay for gas at the pump with the Shopper Rewards Card, you can get 1-3% cash back at any station.⁴ The higher your Cart Star status, the more cash back you can earn. With additional Mastercard-exclusive gas savings, shoppers can save a total of 2-4% in cash back at select stations.⁵

Get 3% cash back on EV charging as a Diamond Cart shopper: With the Shopper Rewards Card, you can get 1-3% cash back on EV charging based on your Cart Star status.⁴ The higher your Cart Star status, the more cash back you can earn.

Flexibility at your fingertips: You can add your Shopper Rewards Card to your favorite digital wallet to spend directly from your phone. You can save on ATM withdrawal fees when getting cash at over 55,000 in-network Allpoint ATMs on your first 8 withdrawals each month.⁶

Hassle-free banking options: Your Instacart Shopper Rewards app¹ gives you a business debit card and bank account2 with no minimum balance requirements, credit checks, or monthly fees.

Selecting Debit or entering your PIN number will disqualify your purchase from earning cash back. Must pay at pump; in-store transactions may not be eligible. Base Cash back benefit is 3% for gas purchases and EV charging for Diamond Cart shoppers, and 1% for all other shoppers. Total cash back limited to $100 per month. Card benefits are subject to meeting eligibility criteria, which may include your Cart Star status, Instacart shopper account standing, and maintaining a Shopper Rewards Card account. Card benefits may be subject to change. Instacart or Branch may terminate, suspend or modify the rewards program, in whole or in part, at any time upon notice to you, subject to applicable law.

⁶ Your first 8 ATM transactions per month at ATMs in the Allpoint Network are free. After that, a $3.50 fee will apply to Allpoint ATM transactions until the next month. All withdrawals from ATM’s outside the Allpoint Network will be subject to fees established by the ATM owner.

if I could give zero Stars I absolutely would because how is this a instacart shopper rewards card when they take $5 every single time I try to move my money I just think it's ridiculous that we earn this money we work for this money, yet in order to use our money we're being charged I will be reaching out to a lawyer. I've even been told by a customer how much money they gave me for a tip and instacart says they give it all to us that is not true. they take part of our tips

tried to contact customer service and call them through the support logo on the app they left me on hold for 45 minutes the first time I called second time it was like an hour third time I call it was like 2 hours No one ever got on the phone I've called the other side of the company I believe that customers call about their food orders or grocery orders they told me to text customer service in the support logo however I was always put on hold for something and got no help.

when I signed up it said I would get 8 monthly out of network ATM transactions and have the fee waved. but it's just BS even after contacting support they don't refund ATM fees if you use out of network ATM's.
