suddenly your app is becoming the worst, my location that I used to get items normally shipped to is all of a sudden (out of zone), and your support reps just ask to cancel the order and make another one. and yeah, if they fix it from their side, I have to pay it in cash! seriously?? bye bye breadfast, not ordering from you again and I'll officially ask to remove my data from this stupid app

they withdraw money out of my bank account without order confirmation. My order was for only 650, but they deducted the amount 4 times out of my card while the pop-up message showed payment failure on their app. I contacted the bank, and they confirmed that the transaction was successful and there is no option to contact their support team. you can only send an email. The payment gateway is horrible and they are trying to save money by not providing instant support. Paid 4 times, no order!!!!!

the customer service is getting worse and the food quality is different from place to place . And i think they don't even care about the quality of any products or even production dates from bakeries to fresh cuts really not fresh and sometimes smells weird.. really was hoping this app will be good.but..very disappointed . and i ordered last time and the order never came and money was deducted and no customer service is answering...
