The service is indeed declining. I was a frequent customer and now I'm very disappointed. Customer service doesn't respond and is totally unreliable. They deliver orders with missing items. Tell me there are missing items before you deliver not after and let me decide what to do! Plus, last time I was partially refunded and they didn't refund the most expensive missing item although an sms was sent to me to confirm that they'll refund because it's missing! وماحدش معبرني!! أنا عاوزة فلوسي!!

Very bad experience, the amount was deducted from my credit card and the order was not delivered due to system failure -as they later said - with no refund for three days till now, no phone to communicate and chatbot keeps giving same reply: we are working on the complaint. I filed a complaint with Consumer Protection Authority. If you choose to use application, don't register your credit card and pay in cash only. Very disappointing experience.

I am extremely disappointed with this app. An amount was deducted from my order without any valid reason, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I received nothing but unprofessional responses. They kept telling me that the finance department had been “reminded,” yet I have been waiting for over a week with no resolution and no proper follow-up. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional experience.
